...reachin' out to capture a moment, everyone knows its windy...

it's been pretty windy here in the bay area for the past few days. thankfully, the sunshine has helped to make the chilly breezes more bearable. i hadn't been out shooting in a couple of weeks, and my camera was staring at me, so i did some shooting in and around my house. the backyard is covered in weeds at the present moment, but they have lovely little flowers on them, so i kind of liked how they looked swaying in the wind. despite the abundant sunlight, a low ISO setting, and a wide open aperture, the really short exposure i chose in this shot managed to technically underexpose the photo, but i liked the effect.
